Hawaii’s Unemployment Office
The Hawaii Unemployment Office serves the various islands throughout the state. For those not located on the main island, there are other unemployment offices which you can access during business hours (8:00-4:30). If you need to come to the main office to discuss your claim, call ahead of time to set up an appointment.
Why should you attend this specific unemployment office instead of one that may be closer to you? They will best understand the various laws that dictate Hawaiian unemployment benefits. They can sort through your claim, help you file for unemployment, and even find you representation during an appeal hearing.
There is also a computer center where you can receive help when you file for unemployment online.
